An Apostle of the Abyss who seeks to dominate over all of Gaia. Born as the second prince of a demon kingdom that fell during the Age of Ancient Myths, Judas waged war against the humans for the sake of oppressed and downtrodden demons. When the corruption of the priestess Nestra sent the Power of Destruction spreading across the world, Judas absorbed the power within himself and harnessed it to drive the humans into a corner. However, he was ultimately defeated through the efforts of the Goddess Elena and the twelve warriors, who sealed him in the Abyss. After several millennia, the boundary between Gaia and the Abyss weakened, allowing Judas to dedicate himself to his goal of ascending to the pinnacle of the world once more.

Insane burst DPS with powerful self-buffs and a rare damage debuff

Weakness

Very fragile and requires an Awakened healer to fully unlock his potential

Awakened Judas - Terminus of the Ages is one of the strongest, if not the strongest, burst DPS hero in Seven Knights Idle Adventure. His ability to chain his active skill in rapid succession from the very start of a fight sets him apart from virtually every other DPS in the game.

What makes Judas exceptional is the sheer consistency of his output — he is not just a one-shot wonder. With the right support he deals enormous damage both in burst windows and over time. His main weakness is his fragility: he has almost no survivability on his own and depends heavily on a dedicated Awakened healer to stay effective throughout a fight.

He shines in every PvE mode, particularly end-game content, and holds his own in PvP thanks to his explosive damage output at the start of each battle.

Terminus of the Ages Judas not awakened still dealing massive damage on the dps meter - Seven Knights Idle Adventure

Even when not awakened, Judas can still deal massive damage.

Should You Use Awakened Judas?

Yes — Awakened Judas is a must-pull hero. He brings unmatched burst damage, a rare and powerful debuff, and permanent self-buffs that keep his damage sky-high all fight long.

Strengths

Best-in-class burst DPS — one of the highest damage multipliers in the game, with the ability to spam his active skill several times in a row right from the opening seconds.
Rare +45% damage taken debuff — one of the strongest damage amplification tools available at this level of multiplier, extremely rare in the game.
Permanent and powerful self-buffs — his passive buffs are active throughout the entire fight and stack to monstrous levels, providing a consistent damage advantage over any content.
Strong sustained DPS too — despite being a burst specialist, he also deals enormous damage over time when paired with a healer, making him effective in long fights.
Frostbite DoT — a nice bonus that also enables synergies with certain allies who deal increased damage to Frostbite targets.

Weaknesses

Requires an Awakened healer — to fully unleash his burst potential, he needs an Awakened healer providing 20% HP/sec. A non-Awakened healer is a start, but will cost him a significant amount of active skill casts and therefore damage.
Extremely fragile in PvP — with only a single-hit Veil for protection, he will not survive focus fire. He needs a frontline or dedicated protection to function in PvP.
Incompatible with HP-draining overloads — avoid pairing him with compositions that drain HP (like Ecilia), as losing HP externally reduces his available skill casts. Prefer overloads that do not cost HP, such as Turntable Kris.

Best Game Modes

  • PvE — Abyss & Deep Nightmare — dominant in all end-game content thanks to his combination of burst, sustained damage, and debuffs
  • Stage Race — his burst nature makes him one of the best picks for clearing stages fast
  • PvP — strong burst opener, but requires protection to avoid being eliminated before he can act

Build & Optimization

Despite his powerful self Crit buffs, a 50% Attack / 50% Critical Hit Rate split is recommended. His Crit passive reduces his skill cooldown by 5 seconds on a successful critical hit — without enough Crit Rate, he risks losing active skill resets when his HP is too low to trigger his cooldown reset mechanic. Securing consistent critical hits is essential to maintain his burst cycle even at low HP.

FAQ

Is Awakened Judas playable without a healer?

Yes — the developers were generous here. Thanks to his Crit passive reducing his cooldown by 5 seconds, he can still chain active skills and deal serious damage even without a healer. That said, pairing him with a healer unlocks his full burst potential and takes his damage to a completely different level.

Is a non-Awakened healer enough to maximize his damage?

It's a decent start, but not enough to truly maximize his output. The Awakened versions of the top healers double their heal rate from 10% HP/sec to 20% HP/sec. Without that extra healing, Judas loses too many active skill casts — and therefore a massive portion of his burst damage. Awakened healers are a must if you want him performing at his peak.

Can I use an HP-draining overload with Judas?

It is not recommended. Overloads like Ecilia's that drain HP on top of Judas's own self-damage from his active skill will reduce the number of times he can cast it before reaching the 50% HP threshold. Prefer overloads that do not consume HP, such as Turntable Kris, to preserve his burst cycle.
