A Valkyrie blessed with the gift of foresight. In the past, Skuld foresaw the upcoming Ragnarok, and devoted her entire being into stopping the catastrophic destruction of the celestial realm... for all of 3 seconds before the scone she ordered cooled down, leading to her concluding that attempting to do so would be in vain. Just as she resigned herself to her immovable fate and settled in to enjoy her tea time, Skuld spotted a thread that had been cut from the flow of fate. There, she saw it — a sweet dream of herself becoming an Apostle of Nestra and destroying the prophesized doom, as well as an interesting future that contained both the destruction and re-creation of a world. Savoring the brief glimpse of the future she witnessed after tugging on fate's thread, Skuld put aside her dessert. Tea time was over.

Doomsday Prophet Skuld establishes herself as one of the best support heroes in Seven Knights Idle Adventure, finally bringing a healer that can also contribute meaningful damage on her active skill, recalling the impact Undercover Ruri once had during her prime. Her combination of healing power, offensive utility, and team-wide buffs makes her an extremely well-rounded pick for any roster.

What truly sets her apart is the sheer amount of value she provides to the entire team: exceptional sustain, useful immunities, and a movement speed aura that few heroes can match. Her main drawback lies in her own damage output, which remains modest compared to recent releases, and her relatively fragile presence in PvP. She excels particularly in PvE content and is considered essential for players pushing deep into Nightmare difficulty.

Should You Use Doomsday Prophet Skuld?

Yes — Doomsday Prophet Skuld is a must-pull hero. She offers some of the best healing in the game alongside crucial buffs and immunities, making her one of the strongest investments for end-game content.

Doomsday Prophet Skuld last place on the DPS meter, weaker than Herald of Peace Rauha - Seven Knights Idle Adventure

Last place in DPS, weaker than Rauha.

Strengths

Disintegration damage boost — one of the only non-High Lord heroes able to increase Disintegration damage, making her a key support for Disintegration-based DPS.
Best-in-class healing — provides healing on par with Herald of Peace Rauha, paired with a final HP buff for even greater sustain.
Team-wide immunities — grants the team immunity to Stun, Tense, Paralysis, and Knock Back, including a rare Paralysis immunity.
Strong Movement Speed aura — finally a hero offering a 30% Movement Speed buff to the team.
-36% Critical Hit Rate Resist debuff — only the third hero in the game to apply this debuff at this percentage, helping critical-focused teams land hits consistently.
Team-wide passive support — shares a block all attacks passive similar to Awakened Platin, but applied to the entire team, making it especially powerful in PvP.
Massive active skill range — a 180 range combined with a 4200% damage multiplier makes her active particularly valuable in PvP.

Weaknesses

Average personal damage — solid for a support, but modest compared to recent DPS releases.
Low PvP survivability — vulnerable to burst threats such as High Lord Teo.
Awakening required for full kit — her Paralysis immunity and -36% Critical Hit Rate Resist debuff (24% unawakened) are only unlocked through awakening.

Best Game Modes

  • Stage Race — her 30% Movement Speed aura is a must-have for securing top ranks.
  • Deep Nightmare — a must-have thanks to Paralysis immunity, allowing teams to drop dead-weight units like Lania, plus her -36% Critical Hit Rate Resist debuff helps land critical hits effectively.
  • PvP — her team-wide passive and long-range, high-multiplier active make her a strong utility pick.

Build & Optimization

Since Doomsday Prophet Skuld has no self-Critical Hit Rate, building her with Critical Hit Rate is recommended so she can land her buffs and debuffs more reliably. If she isn't fully invested and you only need her active skill to apply its effects, an Accuracy-focused build can be considered as an alternative.

FAQ

Can a 0-star, non-awakened Apostle Skuld replace Jiangshi Pooki?

Yes, absolutely. Even at 0 stars and unawakened, she provides the same 20% Movement Speed aura while also bringing more damage and support to the team.

Can a 0-star, non-awakened Apostle Skuld replace Lania in Deep Nightmare?

No, you need to awaken Apostle Skuld to replace Lania. Lania is used purely for her Paralysis immunity, and Skuld only unlocks this immunity in her awakened form.
