A Celestial hailing from a different dimension known as [Elgaia], Elenia was famed for her unparalleled might. When the Power of Destruction ran rampant and left Elgaia on the brink of collapse, Elenia turned to her mother’s magic tools in a desperate attempt to save her world. Yet, her plans would be ruined by a mysterious Dimensional Administrator, who destroyed the magic tools, claiming that they could disrupt the balance between all existing dimensions. Thus, Elgaia met its doom. Unable to accept this, Elenia sought to take the Dimensional Administrator's powers for her own and turn back time, only to realize her world could not be saved through such means. Now, after much trial and error, Elenia has reached a single conclusion — find a world to bear the Power of Destruction in Elgaia's stead. This, and only this, is the hope for her world's salvation.

2nd best Overload applicator, evasion reduction

Weakness

Average personal damage

Rule Breaker Elenia is one of the most versatile heroes in the game, performing well in both PvP and PvE for very different reasons. In PvP she is a disruptive force with stealth, AOE crowd control, team shields and Overload. In PvE she is the second best Overload applicator in the game and one of the rare heroes providing an evasion reduction debuff — making her a genuinely valuable pick for beginners and end-game players alike.

Should You Use Rule Breaker Elenia?

Yes — she is a must-pull hero. Second best Overload applicator, provides rare evasion reduction, and brings strong PvP utility with stealth and team shields.

Strengths

Second best Overload applicator in the game — her active skill applies Overload to all nearby allies for 10 sec. While Ecila in Dreamland remains the top choice for team Overload, Elenia is a strong and accessible alternative, especially for players who do not have Ecila.
Evasion reduction debuff — rare and essential — Torment of Sin decreases final Evasion by 60%. There are very few heroes that provide this debuff, making her extremely valuable for beginners who struggle against evasion-heavy bosses.
Strong team defensive utility in PvP — Destroyed Rule grants all nearby allies 3 Nullify damage stacks plus a shield equal to 35% of their Max HP (doubled if they are already under Overload). Combined with her own stealth during the active, she brings exceptional team survivability to PvP.
Disruptive AOE crowd control — her critical hit chain pulls enemies on the third hit and applies Silence via Strike of Despair, preventing skill use. This multi-hit AOE control makes her genuinely annoying to deal with in PvP.
Buff removal on strike — Strike of Despair removes all buffs from the target.

Weaknesses

Average personal damage — Elenia is not a top DPS pick. Her value lies in her utility and support rather than raw damage output. Do not invest in her expecting carry-level numbers.

Why Rule Breaker Elenia Stands Out

She is the second best Overload applicator in the game and one of the few heroes providing evasion reduction — a rare and valuable debuff for progression.

Best Game Modes

  • PvE — all content (Deep Nightmare, Hard Boss Challenge, Abyss Expedition) — her Overload application and evasion reduction make her useful across virtually every PvE game mode. For beginners especially, her evasion debuff is a must-have to progress through stages without getting stuck on evasion-heavy bosses.
  • PvP (Arena) — her stealth, team shields, Overload and AOE crowd control make her a solid and disruptive PvP pick. Not a must-have at the highest level, but a strong option that covers multiple roles simultaneously.

Build & Optimization

Focus on skill cooldown reduction to maintain Overload uptime. For PvP, consider defensive potentials for survivability alongside her team shields.
