Ashen Flame Rachel is one of the original awakened heroes in the game, and while newer releases have surpassed her in raw DPS, she remains a solid and versatile pick for both PvE and PvP. Her team-wide +36% Crit Rate buff, consistent Burn application and cooldown reset mechanic on kill keep her relevant — particularly as a secondary team DPS or as a Burn applicator when top-tier options are unavailable.

Strengths

Team-wide Crit Rate buff — Dance of Fire grants all allies +36% Critical Hit Rate. In end-game PvE where boss Crit Rate Resist is a persistent issue, this team-wide boost is a meaningful and consistent contribution that helps the entire team land critical hits more reliably.

Excellent active skill — 4m wide, 25m long at 120 range — Flames of Creation covers an exceptional area in both PvE and PvP. The Paralysis debuff (3 sec stun) on hit adds crowd control utility, and the 120 range makes her one of the longer-reaching melee heroes in the game.

Cooldown reset on kill in PvP — if Flames of Creation kills an enemy, her entire skill cooldown resets immediately. In PvP, chaining active skill uses after a kill can be devastating and catch opponents completely off guard.

Built-in revive — a one-time revive at 100% HP gives her solid survivability in both PvE and PvP.

Burn applicator — she consistently applies Burn via her critical hit attack, making her a viable alternative Burn DPS when top-tier options like Miraculous Fortune Teller Erin are unavailable.

Weaknesses

Outclassed in raw DPS — as one of the earliest awakened heroes, her damage numbers fall behind newer awakened DPS picks. She is best considered a secondary team DPS rather than a frontline damage carry in end-game PvE.

Active skill damage is moderate — Flames of Creation deals only 2000% Attack, which is noticeably lower than most recent awakened active skills. The wide AOE compensates somewhat, but pure damage output is not her strongest suit.

Cooldown reset is PvP-dependent — the reset only triggers on a kill, which in high-level PvP is harder to guarantee. The mechanic is powerful when it procs but unreliable as a consistent strategy.

Radius Benefits directly from Burn being applied on targets. Rachel's consistent Burn application via her critical hits directly boosts Radius's damage output throughout the fight.

High Lord Orly Boosts Burn damage by 50%, directly amplifying Rachel's Burn DoT and overall damage contribution.
