Stage team - Seven Knights Idle Adventure

One of the most important aspects (if not the most important) of the game is to progress through the stages as quickly as possible.
Once you reach the maximum stage, you will unlock Nightmare mode.

Boss Stage Fight - Seven Knights Idle Adventure

Beginner team

The goal is to put together a team with the maximum number of the following bonuses and debuff:

When you're a beginner, I recommend prioritising these three buffs/debuffs for your teams:

  • Increased critical hit rate: Without critical hits, damage is low.
  • Reduced evasion: It's hard to be accurate at first, so reducing dodge is a must.
  • Increased accuracy: To have an even better chance of hitting.

Just getting started? Get off to the best start by checking out our 2026 beginner's guide.

At the beginning of the game, it will be composed of epic heroes who will be replaced by legendary heroes and then awakened heroes.
For the beginning of the game up to the middle game, you can aim for a team similar to this one.
Replace the heroes you don't have with a more or less powerful version.

Don't forget to use dishes before starting a fight against a boss.

Why this team?

This is a pretty solid team for several reasons:

  • All the basic bonuses/penalties, including overload.
  • We have 4 out of 5 dots: Poison, Burn, Bleed, Disintegration.
What's more, they boost the damage dealt by our Juri.
  • Powerful heroes even without being awakened.
  • Survivability with Undercover Ruri and Ecila's veils.

I still advise you not to max out (ruby draw) heroes who cannot be awakened in this team.
Because as soon as you can awaken the heroes, they will be relegated to your second and third teams.
Except for Blanc, who always deals good damage.

I chose High Lord Teo as my High Lord, but High Lord Sun Wukong is also a good choice.
It's just that Teo increases critical attack damage, while Wukong is more geared towards heroes with Strengthening Stack and for Nightmare.

Endgame team

The goal of the endgame differs from the previous stages, because at this point, we will be constantly in the last stage.
We will then be waiting for new stages to unlock every other Thursday.

Our goal will be to defeat the bosses and complete the stages as quickly as possible to finish at least 30th in the stage race.
PS: You earn rubies from 30th place onwards.

Dont be like me, do better than 42nd 😛

Here is my team, updated since 2026:

Why this team?

When creating your team, it is important to bear in mind that you need to be fast against single bosses, but also against stages with multiple bosses.

The key to this team is Shane (Swimsuit) with the camera on it, which pulls enemies and allows you to save time by not having to move towards them.
You must build it with maximum precision, because if the spell is dodged, you will lose a lot of time.

Hero Shane (Swimsuit) portrait - Seven Knights Idle Adventure

If your Shane Swimsuit isn't levelled up enough, you can set the camera to Final Star Yeonhee.
As you can see in my team, he's on the back row because his pull is special: he centres enemies in one spot.

Take Jiangshi Pooki for its movement speed boost.
To boost DOT damage, I prefer Celine because she applies them in AOE.
Don't forget to take high AOE DPS such as Juri/Yeonhee for multiple bosses.

For High Lord, unlike the beginner's team, I prefer High Lord Sun Wukong because of his devastating AOE, which is very effective against multiple enemies.

Boss fight under 2 secondes - Seven Knights Idle Adventure

Boss fight under 2 secondes

Note: You're probably wondering why the best DPS aren't on the list like Erin.
In fact, the fights are so short that we need heroes who can burst (deal heavy damage in a short period of time).

A fight lasting few seconds is not effective for a hero like Erin, as she needs to build up several stacks to really do damage.

Why progress through the stages?

  • The first point is that the further you progress through the stages, the more game modes you will unlock.
You will also unlock more heroes in your team, up to 15.
  • The second point is for farming. Your online and offline farming of gold, hero experience, and chests (rarity) is proportional to your max stage.
  • And the last point is that once you have completed all the stages, you unlock Nightmare mode.
