Skills

Range : 35CD : 0Atk speed : 200

Deals damage equal to 400% of Attack to the target.

Range : 35CD : 0Atk speed : 166

When Kyle's Critical Hit attack activates, continues for up to 3 consecutive hits and each attack deals damage equal to 900% of Attack to the target. Inflicts the Iron Blooded Chains debuff for 2 sec upon a successful attack. In addition, if the 3 consecutive hits activate successfully, additionally activates Bloody Chain Effect. If the caster is affected by Strengthening: Killing Intent, activates Bloody Chain Effect instead of Critical Hit attacks.

Bloody Chain Effect

Deals damage equal to 1800% of Attack in a 4m area around the caster. Removes all buffs from the target and inflicts the Iron Blooded Chains debuff as well as the Stun and Bind debuffs for 2 sec upon a successful attack. Pulls enemies in the area with Bind, Stun, or Paralysis to the caster. After successfully attacking, consumes 1 stack(s) of Strengthening: Killing Intent.

Iron Blooded Chains

Decreases Critical Hit Rate Resist by 36%. Decreases Critical Hit Rate by 24%.

Bind

Unable to move

Stun

Unable to attack, move, and skills become unavailable

Pull

Forces the target to move its position.

Range : 150CD : 20Atk speed : 41

Grants the Dark Shadow buff to the caster for 16 sec, then quickly approaches the target with the lowest HP to deal damage equal to 1120% of Attack. When activating the skill or defeating an enemy with it, grants 5 stack(s) of the Strengthening: Killing Intent buff. Deals bonus damage equal to 500% of Attack and removes all buffs from the target. Bonus damage increases by 50% for every 10% of the target's missing HP. (Damage increases multiplicatively, and only applies to targets with fixed HP.) When defeating an enemy with Red Night's damage, decreases Skill Cooldown by 20 sec.

Dark Shadow

Nullifies damage taken 10 time(s). Obtains Stealth during the duration of the buff, preventing the caster from being targeted by attacks. The Stealth effect from Dark Shadow is removed if there are no allies nearby.

Strengthening: Killing Intent

Increases Critical Hit Rate, final Critical Hit damage, and Attack Speed by 20% per 1 stack(s). (Stacks up to 15 times.) This effect cannot be removed with Buff Removal.

A mysterious assassin with no known origins. Formerly a member of the Shadow Clan, he left due to a lack of interest, but not before assassinating a high-profile member of the Clan. His spree of assassinations on prominent figures, under orders from a mysterious figure, elevated him to be an inadvertent member of the Four Lords of Old. His duel with Teo, his final target, lasted over three days and ended without a victor. He deems Teo's existence as a blemish on his perfect record, and hones his skills in preparation for the day he finally finishes the job.

Permanent stealth + burst + full CC

Weakness

Stack dependent, very weak PvE

Bloody Night Kyle is a PvP must-have, arguably on par with Sage of Inner Eyes Karma as one of the most impactful competitive picks in the game. His entire kit is built around stealth, burst assassination and crowd control — a combination that makes him nearly impossible to deal with in the Arena. In PvE however, his usefulness is very limited and he should be considered a pure PvP specialist.

Should You Use Bloody Night Kyle?

Yes — top-tier PvP pick with stealth, burst, and full CC. Pure PvP specialist.

Strengths

Permanent stealth in PvP — Dark Shadow grants a 10-stack Veil and full stealth for 16 sec, preventing him from being targeted by enemy attacks for the duration. He dives onto the lowest HP target completely untouchable, making him one of the hardest heroes to counter in the Arena.
Massive burst damage with built-in buff removal — Red Night deals damage that scales multiplicatively with the target's missing HP. On top of that, it removes all buffs from the target.
Devastating crowd control chain — Bloody Chain Effect stuns, binds and pulls all nearby enemies to Kyle, locking down entire groups of opponents. Combined with his stealth dive, he can single-handedly disrupt any PvP formation.
Crit Rate Resist reduction — Iron Blooded Chains decreases the target's Crit Rate Resist by 36%, which provides good utility in PvE as a debuff support even when his personal damage is low.

Weaknesses

Stack dependency — his Bloody Chain Effect and peak damage require Strengthening: Killing Intent stacks, obtained by killing enemies or activating Red Night. Without stacks, his output drops sharply. In PvP he can build stacks on first kill, but he needs an initial setup to reach full power.
Very weak PvE damage — outside of the Crit Rate Resist debuff, Kyle brings almost nothing to PvE. His damage numbers are among the lowest of all awakened heroes in PvE content, and running him in a PvE team means sacrificing a proper DPS slot.

Best Game Modes

  • PvP (Arena) — must have — stealth, buff removal, massive burst and full crowd control make him one of the two or three best PvP picks in the game. If you are investing in a competitive roster, Kyle is non-negotiable.
  • PvE (limited utility only)Deep Nightmare, Hard Boss Challenge, Abyss Expedition — the only reason to bring him in PvE is the Crit Rate Resist debuff from Iron Blooded Chains. His personal damage is so low in PvE that he should only be considered if you have no better debuff option available.

Build & Optimization

Recommended stats: Attack & Critical Rate. Focus on maximizing burst damage to leverage his stealth dive and scaling damage against low HP targets.
