In PvE where boss Crit Rate Resist can be a serious obstacle, having a guaranteed +24% Crit Rate boost always active without depending on a critical hit to trigger it first is a meaningful quality-of-life advantage.

Strengths

Only permanent Crit Rate aura in the game — Lucky Vicky grants all allies +24% Critical Hit Rate and +24% final Accuracy permanently as long as she is in the formation, with no cooldown or trigger condition.

Excellent active skill coverage for PvP — Here Comes the Cutie hits a 3m wide and 20m long area at 120 range, which is one of the best AOE shapes available for a non-awakened ranged hero. The long reach and width make it effective at hitting multiple enemies simultaneously in competitive play.
