Rauha is the base version of Herald of Peace Rauha, a valuable support hero with peace-themed abilities. While she shares the same core kit as her awakened counterpart, there are significant differences that make her not viable for combat in her base form.
The awakened version receives dramatically higher support output, enhanced healing and buff capabilities, and unique herald abilities. Without awakening, Rauha's support capabilities are a little bit weaker. The gap between base and awakened heroes is simply not that large.
