The Lord of desert city, Agnia. She earned the moniker 'Immortal Incarnate' as she harnessed the power of fire that has been passed down in her family for generations. Despite being born as the heiress of the prestigious Agni family and boasting a long legacy in the Blazing Desert, she grew up without prejudice about social class, and she became close friends with Eileene. However, she is now consumed by hatred towards Eileene and engulfed in the elitism of the nobility following the revelation that her grandfather, Flame Agni, was assassinated by the Daybreak Mercenaries.

Weakness

Not viable without awakening

Rachel is the base version of Ashen Flame Rachel, one of the original awakened heroes in the game. While she shares the same core kit as her awakened counterpart, there are significant differences that make her not viable for combat in her base form.

The awakened version receives a massive damage boost, significantly stronger team buffs, and key mechanics like a built-in revive and cooldown reset on kill. Without awakening, Rachel's damage output is far too low for any serious team composition. The gap between base and awakened heroes is simply too large to justify running the base version in any content.

It is worth leveling this hero up to level 100 in preparation for their awakening, which is when they truly become competitive and worth investing in. In the meantime, use them for the Codex to earn Rubies and permanent stat bonuses.

Should You Use Rachel?

No — Rachel should only be leveled for Codex purposes. The power gap between base and awakened heroes is too large to justify running her in any team composition.

Strengths

Burn application — Rachel applies Burn on her critical hit attack, which can be useful for pairing with heroes like Radius.
Team Crit Rate buff — Keen Attack grants allies +20% Critical Hit Rate, providing some team utility.

Weaknesses

Not viable without awakening — the base version has dramatically lower damage output compared to Ashen Flame Rachel. Her critical hits and active skill deal significantly less damage.
Weaker team buffs — the base version grants significantly lower Crit Rate to allies and lacks the Crit Damage buff to self that the awakened version provides.
No revive or cooldown reset — the awakened version has a built-in revive and cooldown reset on kill, giving her much better survivability and sustain.
Limited AOE — her active skill covers a much smaller area compared to the awakened version.

Best Game Modes

  • Codex — level up Rachel to 100 to unlock the awakening and earn Rubies and permanent stat bonuses.

Build & Optimization

Roll for Critical Hit Rate. Due to enemy critical hit resistance in late-game content like Nightmare, aim for higher than 100% effective Critical Hit Rate to ensure consistent critical hits.
