A mysterious assassin with no known origins. Formerly a member of the Shadow Clan, he left due to a lack of interest, but not before assassinating a high-profile member of the Clan. His spree of assassinations on prominent figures, under orders from a mysterious figure, elevated him to be an inadvertent member of the Four Lords of Old. His duel with Teo, his final target, lasted over three days and ended without a victor. He deems Teo's existence as a blemish on his perfect record, and hones his skills in preparation for the day he finally finishes the job.

Weakness

Not viable without awakening

Kyle is the base version of Bloody Night Kyle, a unique assassin-type DPS hero. While he shares the same core kit as his awakened counterpart, there are significant differences that make him not viable for combat in his base form.

The awakened version receives significantly higher damage output, stronger chain attack mechanics (up to 5 hits), the powerful Vengeance Gauge system for massive bonuses, team debuffs, and improved survivability. Without awakening, Kyle's damage output is far too low for any serious team composition. The gap between base and awakened heroes is simply too large to justify running the base version in any content.

It is worth leveling this hero up to level 100 in preparation for their awakening, which is when they truly become competitive and worth investing in. In the meantime, use them for the Codex to earn Rubies and permanent stat bonuses.

Should You Use Kyle?

No — Kyle should only be leveled for Codex purposes. The power gap between base and awakened heroes is too large to justify running him in any team composition.

Strengths

Chain attacks — Kyle's critical hit can trigger up to 3 consecutive hits, providing some burst potential.
Buff removal + Stun — Chain Effect removes all buffs from targets and stuns them, providing some utility.

Weaknesses

Not viable without awakening — the base version has dramatically lower damage output compared to Bloody Night Kyle. His chain attacks and active skill deal significantly less damage.
No Vengeance Gauge — the awakened version has the unique Vengeance Gauge system that stacks for massive bonuses. The base version lacks this entirely.
Limited chain hits — the base version has fewer chain hits compared to the awakened version.
No team debuffs — the awakened version applies powerful team debuffs that the base version doesn't have.

Best Game Modes

  • Codex — level up Kyle to 100 to unlock the awakening and earn Rubies and permanent stat bonuses.

Build & Optimization

Roll for Critical Hit Rate. Due to enemy critical hit resistance in late-game content like Infinite Tower, aim for higher than 100% effective Critical Hit Rate to ensure consistent critical hits.
