Yet, her plans would be ruined by a mysterious Dimensional Administrator, who destroyed the magic tools, claiming that they could disrupt the balance between all existing dimensions. Thus, Elgaia met its doom. Unable to accept this, Elenia sought to take the Dimensional Administrator's powers for her own and turn back time, only to realize her world could not be saved through such means. Now, after much trial and error, Elenia has reached a single conclusion — find a world to bear the Power of Destruction in Elgaia's stead. This, and only this, is the hope for her world's salvation.

Enemies with multi-hit attacks
Elenia is the base version of Rule Breaker Elenia, a powerful melee DPS hero with a unique kit. While she shares the same core kit as her awakened counterpart, there are significant differences that make her not viable for combat in her base form.
The awakened version receives dramatically higher damage output and the enhanced Broken Rule system with doubled effects when combined with Overload. Without awakening, Elenia's damage output is far too low for any serious team composition. The gap between base and awakened heroes is simply too large to justify running the base version in any content.
It is worth leveling this hero up to level 100 in preparation for their awakening, which is when they truly become competitive and worth investing in. In the meantime, use them for the Codex to earn Rubies and permanent stat bonuses.
