Bi Dam has exactly one purpose in the current meta: position him as far back as possible in your PvP formation, let him launch his AOE Silence, and accept that he will probably die shortly after. That is it. His AOE Silence at 180 range covering a 3m wide and 20m long area is genuinely disruptive in competitive play — preventing all enemy skills for 10 sec is a powerful effect — but outside of that single moment, he contributes nothing. Do not use him in PvE under any circumstances.

- PvP (Arena) — situational but effective — place him as far back as possible in your formation. When his Silence lands across a grouped enemy team, the 10 sec window where no enemy can use skills can completely swing the outcome of a fight. He is a legitimate competitive pick in the current meta specifically for this disruptive capability, even if his lifespan is extremely short.
