Extra Heroes - Seven Knights Idle Adventure

Extra heroes are the weakest hero category in Seven Knights Idle Adventure, introduced solely to enrich your Codex. Unlike Legendary or Awakened heroes, they are not designed for combat — their role is exclusively to complete the Codex and be leveled up to earn permanent rubies and stats. This page lists all available Extra heroes and the associated Codex rewards.

Extra hero Summon ticket - Seven Knights Idle Adventure

Extra hero Summon ticket

You don't get the extra heroes directly; you have to collect summoning tickets. Each time you open a ticket, you'll receive one of the extra heroes at random.

Which Extra heroes should you prioritize?

Priority is based on the stats they grant in the Codex. Here is the priority order:
Accuracy → Crit Damage / Attack → Other stats
As covered in the stats article, Accuracy is almost always the top priority across all game modes.

Who to prioritize between an Extra hero and a higher-tier hero granting the same Codex stat?

Always prioritize the higher-tier hero. For example, comparing an Extra-tier hero boosting Accuracy vs. a Unique-tier hero: the Extra tier gives 0.6% at the first threshold, while the Unique tier gives 0.9%.

Around mid-game, when you start having a steady supply of hero experience that lets you craft all "Hero Strengthening Stones" in Elke's Cauldron every day — use the surplus to level up Extra heroes. Start with higher-tier heroes, as they provide better rewards.

Should you max them out or just unlock them?

The first step is to unlock them, but as soon as you can, level them to the maximum — it's not expensive since they are capped at 50.

How many Rubies can you earn by completing all Extras?

By unlocking all Extra heroes you earn 4,650Rubies icon- Seven Knights Idle Adventure. By leveling them all to level 50, that's an additional 38,750Rubies icon- Seven Knights Idle Adventure.

Is there a playable hero among the Extras?

Yes — the only playable Extra hero is
Jiangshi Pooki portrait
Jiangshi Pooki
. He is the only hero boosting your team's movement speed via an aura, making him indispensable in end-game stage team.

Why did Netmarble create this category?

Given how difficult these heroes are to obtain compared to their usefulness, it's clear the intent was to create a pure hero collection system.

Is it really worth leveling a hero just for Codex stats?

Honestly, yes. At the start of the game it may seem like a huge investment, but the further you progress, the less hero experience will be an issue. For a level 50, 10-star hero granting Accuracy in the Codex, you still gain a passive 12% Accuracy.
