A legendary monster researcher who supposedly authored most of the existing codices on monsters. His passion for monster studies began with a vision of a world where humans and monsters communicate in harmony. Believing that there were no bad monsters, he had initially opposed the Guardians' plan to seal the Destroyer Gaze. His perspective changed upon personally witnessing monsters whose mere presence endangered the world, compelling him to lend his expertise to the Guardians.

Strength

Team-wide debuff removal + 25% HP heal

Weakness

Negligible damage, outclassed by better healers

Seaton is in the same boat as Karl Heron — his primary utility is team-wide debuff removal — but he edges slightly ahead thanks to the 25% HP recovery for all allies that accompanies his cleanse. In content like Guild Boss battles where debuff pressure is constant and healing is needed, this combination makes him marginally more useful than Karl. That said, he remains a very niche pick with better alternatives available in the current meta.

Should You Use Seaton?

No — Seaton should only be leveled for Codex purposes. He provides no meaningful combat value and should be replaced by better heroes as soon as possible.

Strengths

Team-wide debuff removal + Heal — Ahri Research removes all debuffs from all allies and simultaneously recovers 25% HP for everyone in a single active skill use.

Weaknesses

Negligible damage — his basic and critical hit attacks deal only 250% and 170% Attack respectively. He contributes essentially zero personal damage.
Outclassed as healer — heroes like Herald of Peace Rauha provide far superior healing and survivability alongside other powerful team buffs.
No PvP value — fragile, slow and limited AOE. Not a competitive pick under any circumstances.

Best Game Modes

  • Guild Boss (situational, last resort only) — his cleanse and healing combination make him marginally useful when the boss applies heavy team debuffs and you have no better alternative.

Build & Optimization

Focus on HP and Defense to maximize survivability as a support. Healing modifiers can increase his utility but are generally not worth investment.
