He performs poorly compared to modern units. Baekcheon boasts an impressive base attack speed of 187, allowing him to strike faster than most melee heroes. Unfortunately, his skill damage multipliers are locked at a low 3000% ATK. High attack speed cannot compensate for low damage scaling, causing him to fall far behind modern melee DPS units who offer much higher burst potential.

Should I use Baekcheon if my team needs a combined Attack and Accuracy buffer?

Only as a temporary early-game filler. Baekcheon’s Righteous Blossom skill provides a hybrid buff of +25% Attack and +20% Accuracy. While this sounds convenient for early-game progression, the values fall significantly below the standard +45% Attack offered by dedicated supports. You should replace him with specialized buffers as soon as possible.
