The leader of Scales of Pleasure, a powerful guild that controls Asgar's commercial landscape. He eliminated all his siblings at the age of ten to secure his position as the future family head. Extremely coldhearted and cruel by nature, he also exhibits a near-compulsive obsession with manners and etiquette. While eliminating rival factions of his family, he heard someone say, 'Cruel nature is the family's curse,' which has since instilled some doubts about the pride he once held in himself.

Bonus damage against Frostbite targets

Weakness

Far outclassed in every aspect by current alternatives

Orkah is a Frostbite-oriented DPS debuffer who deals bonus damage against frozen targets. While his concept had some merit at launch — particularly when paired with a Frostbite applicator — he has been completely power-crept by the current roster and is no longer viable in any serious end-game context.

Every niche he could fill is now covered far better by other heroes. His damage is too low, his utility too limited, and his attack speed too slow to justify a team slot past the earliest stages of the game. Codex material only.

Should You Use Orkah?

No. Orkah is not worth pulling or investing in. He has been completely outclassed by the current meta and should be kept for Codex completion only.

Codex interface for Orkah with stat Accuracy. This is the number 1 priority hero to level up for codex.

Strengths

Bonus damage against Frostbite targets — deals increased damage against enemies afflicted with Frostbite, which was a notable trait at launch when paired with a dedicated Frostbite applicator.

Weaknesses

Completely power-crept — every aspect of his kit is outperformed by current alternatives in damage, utility, and survivability.
Low attack speed on critical — his 85 attack speed cap on critical hits severely limits his damage output compared to modern heroes.
Requires Frostbite setup — his bonus damage is conditional on another hero applying Frostbite, adding team-building constraints with little reward at this tier.

FAQ

Is Orkah worth pulling?

No. He is a Codex-only hero at this point. Do not invest resources into him.

Why does his critical hit attack have only 85 attack speed?

At the time of his release, this was somewhat justified — combined with his attack speed self-buff, 85 was a functional base that made him decent for his era. In today's meta, it simply makes him feel sluggish and underpowered compared to modern heroes.

Was pairing him with a Frostbite debuffer ever worth it?

Yes — even on a weak hero, a 50% final damage debuff is a significant multiplier regardless of the unit applying it. At the time, that Frostbite synergy was genuinely impactful. It just does not hold up anymore given what current heroes bring to the table.
