A general guarding the pagodas scattered across Sage Peak. While protecting the tombs of sages, he attained enlightenment and was bestowed the title 'Pagoda-Bearing Heavenly King.' As a fierce general, he has earned the respect of many heroes, including Yu Shin and Bi Dam, but appears to have a strained relationship with his daughter Nezha due to his inability to convey his feelings. In light of recent disappearances among the sages, he subtly tries to ensure his daughter's safety, staying vigilantly by her side, unnoticed by her.

Strength

AOE Taunt + Shield (50% Max HP)

Weakness

Very low damage output

Lee Jung is a Defense Type hero from Absolute's Palace who provides AOE Taunt and Shield survivability. His Buddha's Palm deals 250% ATK in a 3m area while applying Taunt for 2.5 seconds and granting a 50% Max HP Shield for 10 seconds. His Critical Hit Attack removes all buffs from the target.

While his defensive kit with Taunt and Shield is interesting, his damage contribution is extremely low due to his Defense Type base Attack of 40. He is outclassed by most support heroes in every game mode and should only be leveled for Codex purposes.

Should You Use Lee Jung?

No — Lee Jung should only be leveled for Codex purposes. His damage output is too low for meaningful contribution in any serious team composition.

Strengths

AOE Taunt — Buddha's Palm applies Taunt for 2.5 seconds, forcing enemies to attack Lee Jung and protecting allies from damage.
Self Shield — grants 50% Max HP Shield for 10 seconds, providing substantial survivability.
Buff removal — Critical Hit Attack removes all buffs from the target, useful against buff-heavy enemies.

Weaknesses

Extremely low damage — Defense Type with only 40 base Attack. Buddha's Palm deals 250% ATK, which is minimal in actual damage.
Self-only utility — Taunt and Shield only benefit Lee Jung himself, providing no team-wide support value.
Short Taunt duration — 2.5 seconds of Taunt is easily played around and provides minimal protection.

Why Lee Jung Stands Out

Lee Jung's combination of AOE Taunt and Shield makes him a self-sustaining tank, but his extremely low damage output and lack of team utility limit his effectiveness. He is outclassed by most Legendary heroes in every game mode.

Best Game Modes

  • Codex only — no viable game mode for serious content

Build & Optimization

Roll for Critical Hit Rate to maximize buff removal frequency. HP can also be considered for enhanced shield effectiveness, though his overall utility remains limited.
